Judea. Hellenistic Period, after c. 305 BC. Yehud AR Quarter Obol (0.18 g). . Hen-438. Excellent and recommended. Diademed head of Ptolemy I right. Reverse: Eagle left, standing with wings spread; Yehu[dah] in Hebrew at left. Hendinn 438; AJC I, 117, 16. Sharp strike on very good metal. Portait choice, well centered and from a fairly fresh die, thus with fine detail. Choice Extremely Fine.
