Included are pages No. TC1/2, I-5-I-14 from checklist CSM 108 dated October 6, 1969. EACH PAGE IS SIGNED "Flown on Apollo XII, Richard Gordon, CMP". The six sections on the "Launch Table of Contents" (TC1/2) read: "Liftoff Switch Configuration", "Boost - Insertion - TLI", "Normal SC/Booster Separations", "Aborts", Launch Emergency" and "Crew Log". A fascinating glimpse into history. This checklist is from the consignor's personal collection.
