AEL PVLCHERIA AVG. pearl diademed and draped bust of Aelia Pulcheria right wearing necklace and earring, hair elaborately weaved, tucked under diadem and crowned with wreath by hand of G-d (Manus Dei) reaching down from above. Reverse: VOT XXX MVLT XXX, no officina mark. Victory standing l., holding long jewelled cross, no star in field.
