Pair of Ancient Egyptian Objects, New and Middle Kingdom. Two intriguing Egyptian objects:
1.) Alabastron lentoid vessel, New Kingdom and in excellent condition. 1½ x 1½ x 1"
2.) Wood or bone fragment bust of Thoth Baboon, quite the unusual fragment. Thoth was the god of the moon, learning, and of writing, usually portrayed with an ibis or baboon head on a man's body. Some remnants of red pigment. Estimated Value $600 - 900
