1847 N-8 R3. ANACS graded MS-63 Brown. Frosty light chocolate brown and steel. Virtually flawless; a tiny planchet chip on the rim left of star 6 can help identify this cent. Rare LDS, die state c, with a small but clearly defined rim cud at the AM in AMERICA. Our grade is AU58, very close to mint state. CC#4 for the die state in the Grellman census.
