Wilhelm II, German Emperor (Kaiser), King of Prussia Signed Portrait Photo Dated 1937 (1859-1941) Wilhelm II was the last Kaiser and King of Prussia abdicating after inept diplomacy and disastrous defeats on the Western Front in 1918. This marked the end of the German Empire and the House of Hohenzollern's 300-year reign in Prussia. Ultimately he left Germany to live in exile in the Netherlands until his death. 8½ x 7" portrait photo on heavy stock mounted on mat board where Wilhelm has signed Wilhelm FR and dated 1937. Signature remains quite legible but has some fading as it was executed in his usual purple pencil. Estimated Value $300 - 500
