Nevertheless very scarce and an eye-catching usage of the 15¢ type I 1869 Pictorial, rich colors, boldly tied by quartered cork on handsome printed address cover to Germany, the routing instructions are printed as well at top left, red "NEW YORK PAID ALL BR TRANSIT" and four line Coeln transits, also clear red straight line "TOO LATE" diagonally at left, the stamp has a really trivial corner crease at top right, with 2004 P.S.E. certificate.
