Billie Dove, "The Air Mail" and "Wild Horse Mesa" (1903 - 1997) Billie Dove was an American actress who appeared in numerous silent films in the 1920s and 1930s. She began her career as a model, and then transitioned into acting, appearing in The Ziegfeld Follies Revue. Dove began to appear in silent films in 1921 and quickly became a popular leading lady, starring opposite many of the top male stars at the time. She was known for her beauty and her ability to convey emotion on screen.

A binder containing 36 still photographs from two films:
1.) The Air Mail, a 1925 American silent drama, stars Warner Baxter, Mary Brian, Douglas Fairbanks Jr., George Irving, Richard Tucker, Guy Oliver, Lee Shumway, Jack Byron, John Webb Dillon, and Lloyd Whitlock.
2.) Wild Horse Mesa, a 1925 American silent Western, starring Jack Holt, Noah Beery Sr., Douglas Fairbanks Jr., George Magrill, George Irving, Edith Yorke, Bernard Siegel, and Margaret Morris. Estimated Value $150 - 250
