1803 S-258 R1 PCGS graded "Genuine". Small Date with Large Fraction, although the PCGS label incorrectly identifies this as "Large Date, Lg Frac". Sharpness VF20 but covered with extremely faint roughness that has been gently smoothed out of the obverse fields. No marks or verdigris, and the eye appeal of this piece remains decent in spite of the imperfect surfaces. Glossy chocolate brown with lighter brown toning in protected areas. M-LDS with an arc crack in the field behind the portrait. The date and legends are strong. Our grade is net F12.
