World War I Sopwith Avaiator Walking Stick. Length 31 1/2 inches with a decorated gilt bronze band engraved "Sopwith J.H.S. 1917". Some light scuffing and wear at the handle, otherwise very good condition. A little detective work at the RAF rolls of the period might reveal who JHS was?
