Desirable US Army WW I Trench Periscope. Maker marked as follows: "Model 1918 Trench Periscope No. 10 X 7.5 Mfg'd By Wollensack Oprtical Co. Rochester, N.Y. U.S.A." and serial numbered "No 7880 R.G.C." Brass, partially painted olive drab with a total extended length of 30.5 inches, including the original wood handle. With the original leather carrying case marked "W.T. & B. Co. 1918 C.A.C." Both case and periscope in very good condition with working optics on the latter. A rare artifact of the Great War.
