Russia. Alexander III (1881-1894). 1881. 5 Kopecks. SP'. B-249; Y-12. Reddish mauve and truly beautiful. The surfaces are superb and unspotted, with no visible hairlines, but there is a toning streak on the reverse--the only excuse for a 64-grade we can find. NGC graded Proof 64 Red and Brown.
