Rome. Trajan, 98-117 AD. AE Sestertius, Rome mint, struck c. 101-102 AD. Laureate head right. Reverse: Concordia enthroned left, holding double cornucopiae, and patera over lit altar. RIC 430; C. 637. Well centered and boldly struck, with attractive olive and green patina. A fine old collection piece without the heavy smoothing seen so much these days. A nice Very Fine.
