1834 N-4 R2. PCGS graded MS-65 Brown. Frosty medium steel brown and light chocolate at least 5% of both sides showing mint red. The only notable marks are a couple tiny nicks or pre-striking planchet flakes on the cheek, a puff of lighter brown toning at stars 7-8, and a small swipe of dark olive toning between the O & F in OF. MDS. The obverse is uncracked and there is obvious die rust around NITED STATES. Graded MS63 by Tom Reynolds. Our grade is MS62. The attribution and Nancy & Bryan Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 4; 3 finer: 1 in 65+, 1 in 66, 1 in 67. (PCGS # 37039) Value $1,250 - UP
