Phenomenal example of preservation with original qualities kept intact for several decades. Excellent eye appeal. Strong embossing, creating amazing paper waves. Signature of the general director seen on the obverse side. Bold colors on extremely crisp paper. The word "SPECIMEN" perforated and stamped on all four corners on both sides. Two women on the right, front side. On the reverse side is a sunset scenery with two men on a canoe and a woman's face on the far right. Population of three with none finer according to PMG Population Report.
