This three volume, soft cover 1967 report is the definitive public analysis of the accident that cost the lives of astronauts Gus Grissom, Ed White and Roger Chaffee. Complete with charts, graphs and tons of data, the report consists of volume 1 (605pp., extensive faults, but intact), volume II, parts I and II (1665pp.). These reports are quite rare today and, even with the damage to volume I, this report is well worth adding to your library.
