Faustina Senior, wife of Antoninus Pius, AD 138-161. Gold Aureus (7.28 g) minted at Rome after 141 AD. Draped bust right of Faustina I. Reverse: Aeternitas standing left, holding patera and rudder on globe. RIC 349b; BMC 285. Well struck, well centered and superb. A lustrous example. Mint State.
