Lot 355
1794 S-40 R5+ AG3. Sharpness at least VG7 but the fields and protected areas on both sides are covered with dark olive brown scale while the highpoints are glossy light chocolate brown. The only marks are a few very light rim bruises, none notable. The date is weak but it can be read with some effort, and the large chip in the field under the cap is clear. The legends are affected by the scale but they are readable.
