Pictorial News of the Day was published Monday, Wednesday and Friday by the Dispatch Photo News Service, Inc. This was photojournalism at its finest most especially during WWII which brought the Great War home to millions of Americans. Some of the cover images proved to be historic brilliantly capturing life in wartime. There are 21 covers in this very well kept collection each cover measuring 17 x 14" with three having paper loss, nevertheless quite compelling images all housed in an oversized folio.
