Palestine. Lot of 7 Medals and Tokens, 1850-1927. Includes rare 1850 30mm bronze Acre Citadel medal issued by Abdul Mejid with Arabic inscription: "Damascus infantry which withstood the British attack on Acre and failed;" VF, holed as made. Two crude brass Z'dakah Charity Tokens (Haffner CC-16) which were created by a Yeshiva at rate of 20 tokens for 10 Turkish paras; inscribed Sade-Dalet/Koph-Hey. Bronze 1927 Holyland Token, EF. 1898 Kaiser's Visit to Jerusalem 34mm silver medal, EF, contact marks. Also genuine Hasmonean coin attached to a medal, and a mystery token with only "5" on both sides.
