Jugate busts right of Ptolemy II, diademed and wearing chlamys and Arsinoe II, diademed and veiled; Gallic shield in left field. Svoronos places this issue in the last years of the reign of Ptolemy II; however, most catalogers today consider this to be an issue of Ptolemy III honoring his parents and grandparents. Nonetheless, a commemorative issued to honor the glorious ancestors of the Ptolemaic Kingdom.
