Austria, Falkenstein. Silver (AR) Taler, 1620. Dav-3423; cf. JMM (Jewish Minters and Medalists, by Daniel Friedenberg) pp 24-5. Bareheaded bust right of Paul VI, Count of Trautson. Reverse: Crowned arms surmounted by double eagle. Choice Very Fine with an especially attractive obverse bust.
This taler and the 3 kreuzer coins that follow were minted by two "freed Court Jews," Velt Prod and Abraham Riss.
