1966 July 2, McAllen, TX, Unflown Rocket Covers. An unusual lot of 14 covers, all with rare BLACK cachets and used with rocket stamps, but all without US postage. Included are two covers from the 25th Anniversary issue(with red and blue rocket stamps), the complete set from the 30th Anniversary issue and an additional 30th Anniversary issue complete set of six covers missing the basic rocket cachet, but with all of the overprints. These all appear to be unlisted. E-Z No. 47C1 (x2), 68C1-C6, C1-C6 vars.
