Land grant dated 1859 issued to a Josiah Burr Plumb, given to him for his service to the Nation during the War of 1812. Document signed with two secretarial signed signatures of James Buchanan. Toning through the middle and some spotting on the document, nevertheless visually very appealing. Handsomely framed to 16 x 22". Estimated Value $250 - 400
