PLOTINA AVG IMP TRAIANI, diademed and draped bust of Plotina right, hair in elaborately coifed row curls above brow and tied into long queue at back of head. Reverse: CAES AVG GERMA DAC COS VI P P around, ARA PVDIC in exergue, rectangular altar set on five steps, on which is raised surface, with horns left and right; on face of altar, Pudicitia, veiled, draped, and standing front on curule chair. RIC 733; Woytek 7072; BN 682; BMC 529; RSC 7. Very Rare. Unusually well centered with full legends. Wonderful high relief portrait. Choice Very Fine / Very Fine. Estimated Value $1,500 - UP
