Remarkably complete and superb archeological find; a wood anthropoid sarcophagus and cartonnage from the Ptolemaic Period. Lot includes the wood anthropoid coffin (5'5 x 15 x 13") stunning mask/head covering, collar with pectoral, large panel or leg covering, intact foot covering, rectangular linen mask, sandals, bracelet, belt plus finger and toe decorations. All together extraordinary, a museum quality piece.
