38 Rare Stills an Archive of Vintage Original B&W Stills of Two Silent Screen Leading Men. A remarkable well kept collection of vintage original silent screen photos (and one early talkie.) The collection seems to be built around Italian matinee idols with some films being distributed or produced by DW Griffith and or Eugenio De Liguoro. Several stills have Reginald Denny. The stills are fantastic, many with sword play, derring do, but then romance, westerns and a few stills from Gabriel Over The White House and The Iron Master. A very few may have a scratch or evidence of handling around the edges, but otherwise a great archive of photos, most frome the mid-1920s. Estimate Value $300 - UP
