1797 S-133 R5 Stemless Wreath VG10. Sharpness VF30 with areas of pitting on both sides, mostly on the reverse. No verdigris or significant contact marks. Rather glossy chocolate brown blending to darker olive brown in protected areas. MDS, Breen state III, with strong die clashmarks around the portrait and minor swelling at the 97 and bust tip. The date and legends are complete and clear. Portions of the edge show diagonal reeding as often found on this variety.
