Judea. Bar Kochba Revolt. 132-135 CE. Silver Zuz (3.3g). Undated, Year 3. (Simon), within a wreath of thin branches wrapped around eight almonds, medallion at top, tendrils at bottom. Reverse: (for the freedom of Jerusalem); Fluted jug, handle on left, willow branch on right. Hendin 1418; Mildenberg 85. Striking weakness at reverse bottom, otherwise devices bold and full. Excellent metal, with traces of luster and lightly toned. Struck on a coin of Vespasian (IMP VESP) at obverse edge. About Extremely Fine. Estimated Value $350 - 400
