Doran Company, 1916) with a White House card signed "Theodore Roosevelt" affixed to the first end page, and a tipped-in, two-line autograph quotation from "Battle Hymn of the Republic," signed by Julia Ward Howe, to whom the book is dedicated, dated March, 1891.
