Marilyn Monroe and Marlon Brando: Contact Sheet of Images While Giving an NBC Radio Interview During 1955 Premiere. Marilyn Monroe and Marlon Brando were very active students and supporters of The Actors Studio. In 1955, they hosted a benefit for the Studio with the premiere of THE ROSE TATTOO, which starred Burt Lancaster and Anna Magnani. At the premiere, very much dressed to the nines, Brando and Monroe are photographed giving a live intervew on NBC Radio. This contact sheet contains 21 images of Brando and Monroe sitting around the microphone. There are several images of swells at what appears to be the reception, at which we note Marisa Pavan, who was nominated for Best Supporting Actress and Mary Martin mingling. Estimate Value $800 - UP
