STS-87, 1997, FLOWN "USMP-4" Mission Flag (6x4") mounted on a multicolor certificate (11x14") that reads: "In recognition of your significant contributions to the successful completion of the 'Fourth United States Microgravity Payload (USMP-4) Mission'". Although the certificate doesn't say the flag is flown, there is a copy of a NASA letter addressed to Recipients of the USMP-4 "In Recognition" Certificate that reads, in part: "This memorandum serves as certification that the flag…was flown in the Official Flight Kit…" Unusual and the first of its kind we have seen.
