Pennsylvania Colonial Currency. Partial sheet of six and nine pence denominations dated April 10, 1777 in black. Each signed by Levi Budd in red ink. Also numbered in red ink. Printed by John Dunlap and watermarked. Margins are soiled, edges are cut. Otherwise in good condition.

Illustrating the severity of forgery, the back of each note is printed with the warning: "To Counterfeit is DEATH".
