1853 N-25 R1 Repunched 1. MS-62. Lustrous light olive with hints of underlying faded mint color showing through on the reverse. No carbon spots or contact marks. A couple small, faint splashes of slightly darker toning in the field right of star 2 are the only notable defects. MDS, die state b. The fine repunching under the base of the 1 is still visible.
