Louwelsa Jug. Height: 5-½". This left-handed jug is decorated with full, deep golden-orange cherries. Artist Levi J. Burgess has signed L.J.B. in the glaze just below the bottom of the handle. The Louwelsa Weller half-circle seal is impressed to the base, in addition to the numbers 6 (or 9), 8, 18, and 88, and the letter X. Very light surface scratches and a few flakes to the glaze on the spout, but still fine.
