Louwelsa Jug. Height: 4". This full-bodied, yet petite, right-handed jug is decorated with yellow mums and lush green leaves. The initials M.M. of artist Minnie Mitchell are written in the glaze to the right of the design. The Louwelsa Weller half-circle seal is impressed to the base, in addition to the numbers 0 and 8, and the letter K, as well as the inscribed letter X. In very fine condition.
