Trajan Decius. BI Tetradrachm (13.92 g), AD 249-251. Antioch in Syria. Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Trajan Decius right; below, five pellets. Reverse: Eagle standing right on palm branch, wings displayed, holding wreath in beak; S C in exergue. McAlee 1134e; Prieur 599; RPC IX 1751. Very Rare - only ten examples recorded by Prieur. Sharply struck on a nice broad flan. Excellent surfaces and strong luster. Mint State. Estimated Value $400 - UP
