Lot 227

1794 S-18b R4 Head of 1793, Edge of 1794 AG3. The obverse is better while the reverse is weaker, which is typical of worn examples of the variety. Glossy bluish steel and olive brown with reasonably smooth surfaces. The only notable defects are a half dozen rim bruises on both sides and a small scratch on the rim under the 1 in the date. The date is weak but readable, LIBERTY is clear, and maybe 10% of the reverse designs remain visible. MDS. Estimate Value $300 - UP
