Dr. Thorndyke Intervenes Dodd, Mead & Company, New York. "Red Badge Mystery" Hardcover. First Edition/Printing not stated, title page dated 1933. Reproduction dust jacket in superior condition. Clear protective cover. Book is in very good to fine condition with no marks or bookplate, square and tight binding with only very light discoloration on intense orange cover and minor bumps to top and bottom of spine. We do note a tiny tea stain on first 12 pages at paper's edge. 2.) Hearses Don't Hurry Doubleday, The Crime Club, 1941. Dust jacket is in good condition with minor edge wear, two chips, staining on verso and each corner of flaps trimmed to facilitate into protective cover. Book is a First Edition. overall a clean copy with bright red cloth boards with sharp black printing on spine. Back endpapers have discoloration and light stains on back. Both books welcome for any crime and mystery book collector. Estimated Value $300 - UP
