Great Britain. Silver Proof Twopence, 1805. George III Soho Mint. Peck-1312: rated "exceedingly rare" by Peck; only 3 or 4 known! Linecar & Stone-24 (also as similarly rare). An important opportunity for the collector of crown-sized rarities or of George III's coins, for this is most probably the finest known example of this great rarity. Gem Proof, a few minor scuffs but exhibiting glorious toning in bright blue, green, silver and gold iridescent hues. Two hundred years old and still a fabulous coin! PCGS graded Proof 65 Cameo.
