1899 $20 Liberty. PCGS graded MS-65. Here is a splendid gem of this underrated type coin. Only 5 of this date have been graded this high, with none graded higher! That makes this coin likely tied for the finest known of the date. Identifiable by a minor ink stain below the first 9 of the date hidden in the dentils. Blazing mint frost throughout and very well preserved to retain such unmarked surfaces.
