1862 Liberty Seated Dollar. NGC graded Proof 64. Deeply toned with midnight blue around the periphery and lighter gray at the centers. Minor specks of heavier toning scattered around the devices and lettering. A rare proof issue, most of which are found in lower grades than this. Mintage of 430 coins in Proof, this one of the better ones to come down to us. NGC has graded 37 this high, with just 20 graded higher of the date.
