1902. NGC graded Proof 64. CAC. PQ. A nice brilliant proof that offers a full and complete strike, classic gold proof rarity, and satin smooth fields and frosted devices. Blazing bright gold, with no signs of toning and quite spectacular in hand. These gold eagles from the period are quite rare in all proof grades, this near Gem is especially challenging to find so well preserved. Only 113 struck.
