Kingdom of Thrace. Lysimachos, 323-281 BC. AR Tetradrachm (16.84 g) minted at Byzantion, 2nd-1st Centuries BC. Diademed head right of the deified Alexander, wearing horn of Ammon. Reverse: Athena seated left, holding spear and Nike; below, ornate trident. Cf. SNG Cop 1142; cf. M. 212. NGC graded Choice XF Star: Strike 5/5; Surface 5/5. Our grade is Choice Very Fine.
