1886 Nickel Three Cents. PCGS graded Proof 66. A curious coin, this one was struck on a not so perfect planchet, as there is a small defect on the upper obverse. Furthermore, there is weakness on Liberty's lower curl, which is unusual for this date, and weak on the opposing leaves on the reverse.
