1825 C-2 R1 PCI graded MS65 Red & Brown. Very attractive glossy light to medium steel brown blending to light chocolate on the devices. Hints of very faded red are peeking through in protected areas. The details are quite sharp and there is no friction on the highest points of the devices. However in our opinion this piece was very skillfully recolored to give it the appearance of a choice mint state half cent. EDS, Manley state 1.0. The end of the wreath stem is strong. Our grade is MS60 sharpness net AU55. Estimate Value $500 - UP
