Scott UC2. 2¢ entire used with C3 on Feb. 6, 1929 first flight cover from Balboa to New York, which is the earliest known use of this stationery envelope (Cristobal & Miami transit and New York receiving marks on back). 2003 APS certificate accompanies this item stating "earliest documented use, tape stain at top".
