Four 1960s Era Rocket Mail Nose Cone Covers or Cowls, One from 1970s Great Britain. Very scarce and documented rocket mail nose cone covers (one auction house has referred to them as "cowls"). Four have been certified by "Rumbel, a postal historian" and signed in his hand discretely on all four pieces; two from the United States to Mexico and two from Mexico to the United States. The fifth is one flown in Great Britain in 1979 with two paper range markers included. Estimated Value $200 - UP
