Columbian World's Fair, Chicago, 1892-1893. Large Imprinted Silk Handkerchief. Printed in dark sepia, a splendid aerial view of the Fair's main pavilions, with two battleships in the lake and an excursion balloon aloft. The edge borders printed in solid green. Added, at one corner, the name of W. Stoltz in fine, white embroidery. Scarf nicely framed and preserved, with a touch of fading and a bit of light soiling along the one noticeable crease. Viewable size: 14-13/4" square. Scarce!
