1800 S-199 R4. VG-8. Sharpness near F12 with small patches of raised greenish verdigris in the field before the portrait and another small patch at CA in AMERICA. The rest of the planchet is decent but does show minor roughness in a few areas. Mostly glossy steel brown and chocolate. The date is bold and the legends are strong. E-MDS, Breen state IV.
